Clinical Review of 193 Case of Hepatoma

Abstract

|
|
Auther observed 193 cases of hepatoma patient who were admitted to surgical Department of Pusan Gosple Hospital during the past 5 years.
Among 193 patients, exploratomy laparotomy was carried out for the 82 cases, and hepatic resection was done for the 27 cases. And resectability was only 32. 9 percent.
During the operation of hepatic resection or within 24 hours following the hepatic resection there were no death cases. 3 cases out of the 27 cases who were received hepatic resection, have been in good health until 2 yeerrs following hepatic resection.
